It’s all in the plaid.
Last week my husband and I decided to play hooky from work for a day. We borrowed a car and took off for Hamilton to hit up the thrift stores. Then Ted and I got into it at the Value Village when I wanted him to buy a plaid shirt. It was that perfect red and super soft, a little high school and a lot Kurt Cobain.
He bought it in the end, but I think it’s only because he knows I’ll make-out with him when he wears it.

no, I didn’t play hooky on FRIDAY! Friday I was in bed coughing. This was actually a while ago, when I bought the curtains.

Woot - mad for plaid!
I’ve always wanted a plaid formal gown. Especially in some kind of super-swishy taffeta. I’ve only every found one once and it didn’t fit (sad me).
Also… Boys in kilts… swoon.
When we were in Paris, the Scots took over for some rugby-thing. I’m surprised I managed to walk around without wandering into traffic. Between the kilted revelers and, you know, PARIS, I didn’t know where to look!
Ha.
