   hate to break up the love-fest, but yr staff is overwhelmingly homogenous. time to think of ways to expand yr reach and really reflect Canadian (and fashion/style) diversity, perhaps?

   We can only take on from who applies!

   We’ve never had a boy apply and only two non-caucasian girls (both of who are on staff btw, just couldn’t make the party) Any ideas on how we can attract a more diverse crowd are more than welcome! You can answer here or email me at serahmarie @ wornjournal.com
