Bata Shoe Museum Pass Giveaway!

In anticipation of SOL[e]D!, our fundraiser event being held on June 6th at Toronto’s Bata Shoe Museum, we’ve got six free passes to the museum to give away! How can you get your hands on one of them? The next six people who purchase tickets to the SOL[e]D! event online will be the lucky recipients. This is a great chance to spend extra time exploring the Bata’s superb exhibits (and also free up more time to spend enjoying the party)! Each pass is valid until the end of the year and is good for one admission to the museum. Give it to a friend or save it for yourself, but remember: we’re only giving these out to the next six people who buy tickets to the event online, so if you’ve been waiting to buy, now’s the time! Buy your tickets here, and remember they come with a two-year subscription!

Neighbourhood kitty Big Red may seem lackadaisical,
but don’t let appearances deceive –
in truth he is simply exhausted
from excitement over WORN’s latest giveaway!

  1. I thought the bottom part was supposed to be a poam and I was all “why doesn’t it rhyme?” Anyway, I fully support any giveaway that involves a picture of a cute kitty.

  2. Curses! I now wish I had waited to buy my tix. But it’ll be a great party nonetheless and I’m super excited to be there!

  3. Hee hee – a poem… Maybe it’s blank verse.
These pictures DO rock. And free stuff is always good.
The Bata exhibits are really great now, too. (Although they probably always are.) I was especially impressed with an exhibit of sports shoes and skates – it’s the last thing I thought I’d be interested in, but seeing the changes in sports gear and the incredible art and science involved in creating this kind of hyper-specialized clothing is really fascinating.

  4. oh Jaka! You get one of the passes. If anyone who just bought a ticket comments here, they can claim one too (until they are all gone)!
